By commissioning the artist, clients acknowledge and agree to adhere to the following rules.

❤︎ Commissions are drawn in my art style.❤︎ The artist has the right to refuse a commission request.❤︎ The artist has the right to post the commissioned artwork on her social media accounts, unless otherwise specified by the client.❤︎ The commissioned artwork is for PERSONAL USE ONLY unless commercial rights are acquired.❤︎ Proper credits to the artist is required when sharing the commissioned artwork online.❤︎ Do not distribute, reproduce, or profit from the commissioned artwork unless you have obtained the artist's prior consent, which grants you the necessary rights to do so.
process
❤︎ Ensure you provide complete details, descriptions, and clear visual references for your commission to avoid a commission that does not meet your expectations.❤︎ Upon finalizing the details and references, the artist will provide a sketch for client approval within 3-5 working days only after the artist has begun work on your commission. You'll be notified when the commission starts.❤︎ The turnaround time can range from one to three weeks or longer, depending on the complexity of the commission and how many other commission/s are ahead of yours (queue).❤︎ Commissions that require completion in less than a week are considered as rush commission and will incur additional fees based on the requested completion date/deadline.❤︎ Minor revisions, primarily during the sketching phase are free. However, major revisions, such as altering the pose or making changes to a fully rendered artwork, will have an extra charge depending on how much work is involved. (That’s why complete details are required upfront)❤︎ Upon receiving full payment, the completed artwork will be delivered via Gmail or Google Drive. The files will include PNG, transparent PNG, and the background file (if availed).Process after commission and rate breakdown are finalized:

payments and refund policies
❤︎ A 50% upfront payment is required before I start the rendering phase of the commission and to secure your slot.❤︎ While full upfront payment is accepted, it does not affect the commission queue order, your slot is determined by when you submitted your request. The commission queue operates on a first-come, first-served basis.❤︎ Accepted mode of payment is via Gcash only.❤︎ Refunds are only possible before I start working on the commission. Once I begin, commissions are non-refundable.❤︎ I will offer a full refund if I’m unable to finish the commission due to personal reasons.
